Specifically a very old souvineer,small silver frame
decorative with flowers, hallmarked and enclosed in the middle with a round beveled glass,a picture of the Capitol Building in Washington Dc. It is very old! Way back when the building was just sandstone approximatly mid to late 1800`s.
